DIY: Glitter Mason Jar

DIY: Glitter Mason Jar

It’s ok if 4th of July has snuck up on you! It happens to the best of us. That’s why at Alin Party Supply we have everything you need to put your 4th of July BBQ together in a hurry, without looking like you were in a hurry! When you’re buying your tableware, be sure to grab a bottle of Glitter-It, some red, white and blue glitter, 3 mason jars, and 3 flameless candles, and you’ve got a great 4th of July centerpiece that you can create at home in less than 10 minutes.

Step 1: Rinse your mason jars out with enough white vinegar and water to coat all sides. Dry thoroughly.

Step 2: Pour about half of the Glitter-It bottle in to the mason jar and put the lid on. Roll the jar around in your hands so Glitter-It coats all sides of the inside of the jar.

Step 3: There will still be Glitter-It left in the bottle, pour that back into the bottle to save for your next jar.

Step 4: Pour glitter into your mason jar and begin to move the jar around. The glitter will coat the inside of the jar.

Step 5: Remove the lid and let dry.

Step 6: Repeat!

Step 7: Once the jars are dry, drop your flameless candles in and enjoy!
